Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor the delivery status.
If you haven’t received a tracking number within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact us.
Missed Deliveries & Lost Packages
If the carrier cannot deliver your package and it is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).
If your tracking shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
Check with neighbors or building management.

Address Accuracy
