At Echomate, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags, manuals, accessories, and protective materials intact.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Items not eligible for return include:
Gift cards
Personalized or customized items
Final sale or clearance items
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents
Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt for your records.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We’ll notify you by email that we have received your item.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
A credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank or credit card account again.
Contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
